Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Management conducts regularly scheduled quality assurance assessments with each of our physicians, to ensure their practice meets our high-quality control standards, which is measured regularly. Our high-quality standard is a promise me make to our clients, ensuring that our physicians are fully compliant, and that they guarantee that their practice meets or exceeds our expectations. In addition, we provide comprehensive analyses and operational support for all Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Management Exclusive Concierge Practices.

Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Management provides the services required to assist our Associated Concierge Physicians in providing a focus on personalized individual care, which is not obtainable in a traditional primary care practice. Our concierge physicians own and manage their own practice. Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Management has absolutely no involvement in any of the medical decisions or diagnoses from our Exclusive Concierge Physicians.

What Happens When The Physician Meets Their Maximum Required Patient Quota?

Membership is based on a first-come, first-served basis.

When a practice reaches their maximum required quota, the practice is then closed to new patients. A waiting list will be established, and your name will be added in the order of your inquiry. Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Management will make every effort to place you in another nearby Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Management Exclusive Practice, at your request.

How do I Become An Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Management Client?

Can My Children Use The Concierge Physician Service?

In case of an emergency, most Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Management Exclusive Concierge Physicians will see patients’ children, if they are not a member. Although, we will need to verify with each Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Management Exclusive Concierge Physician.

Will My Physician See Additional Out Of Town Family Members?

Yes, as a courtesy to our members. If you have a family member visiting you and an unexpected service is required, your Exclusive Concierge Physicians will see your guest for urgent matters, as if they were a member of their practice. Although, we will need to verify with each Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Management Exclusive Concierge Physician.

Do You Accept Private Insurance (PPOs, HMOs, POSs) Or Medicare?

Each Exclusive Concierge Physicians manages their own practice. Many physicians do take insurance (ex: Medicare). Most PPOs, HMOs and POSs health insurance plans may be compatible with your membership in an Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Management Exclusive Practice. However, we will need to review the status with your specific Exclusive Concierge Physicians, to ensure they accept your private insurance (if Applicable). We will be happy to discuss your specific health plan with you.

Please note: The annual membership fee does not replace your insurance.

Does My Insurance Cover The Annual Fee?

No. Most private insurers assess the wellness services involved by the annual fee as non-covered services, and do not provide reimbursement for the annual fee.

How Do I Pay The Annual Fee?

The fee is an Annual fee and must be paid Annually, before your Membership becomes active. You may pay by debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) or by check. If paying by check, your Membership will not be active until the check has been cleared.

Please note: Flexible Spending Account (FSA) debit and credit cards are not accepted.

Is Medicare Accepted?

Each Concierge Practice is managed by the Exclusive Concierge Physicians, this will be at the physician’s discretion.

Yes, many of Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Managements’ Exclusive Practices are compatible with Medicare.

What Is Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Managements’ “Health And Wellness Preventative Maintenance Program”?

Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Management Exclusive Concierge Physicians ensure that you receive all recommended Preventive Services; which, also includes an Annual Physical.

Our “Health and Wellness Preventative Maintenance Program” includes a private screening with your Exclusive Concierge Physicians; who will advocate a Customized Individual Wellness Plan for you, combined with Advanced Screenings.

Your concierge physician and your Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Management team will work with you throughout the year to keep you on track, and to build your own personal Preventative Maintenance Plan.

Is There An Additional Cost To Join The “Health And Wellness Preventative Maintenance Program”?

No. The cost is included in the Membership Fee, once you have joined Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Management.

Should You Cancel Your Private Insurance Or Medicare?

No. You should still maintain your insurance, whether it is through a private insurance company or through Medicare. You will need this insurance to cover the cost of: hospitalization, visits to a medical specialist, radiology procedures, and any required lab work.

What Should I Expect During My First Visit?

Our goal is to provide you with the highest Quality Health Care, by building a personal relationship with each client. Our Exclusive Concierge Physicians will spend as much time with you, as needed. Your physician will take your: medical history, perform a comprehensive physical examination, conducting comprehensive lab work, and including advanced diagnostic blood work. This information helps our Exclusive Concierge Physicians to create a complete medical profile and to understand your unique health and wellness needs.

Does Every Follow-Up Visit Need To Be In Person?

No. Only the Initial Consultation and the first follow-up visit with our Exclusive Concierge Physicians must be an in-person visit. Follow-up visits may be conducted via; Skype, Facetime or over the phone, unless a medical condition requires a house-call. We are sensitive to your schedule and recognize that it is not always possible to have follow-up visits in person.

Because both Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Management and our physicians are HIPAA compliant. Text and email will only be a form of communication, if you have signed the appropriate documentation, authorizing our Exclusive Concierge Physicians to use this form of communication. Although, this form of communication will not be used for any test results. You will be able to log into your account to view this data.

How Often Will I Need A Follow-Up Visit?

Depending on your medical history, your current Health Care Plan and age, we may recommend a follow-up visit every; three, six or twelve months. We also welcome you to schedule a visit or a phone consultation with us any time, to discuss health concerns you may have.

Because both Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Management and our physicians are HIPAA compliant. How Many Times May I Visit My Concierge Physician Each Year?

Our focus is to provide our clients with the highest care possible, so we do not place a limited amount of follow-up visits. As a client of Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Management, you have an unlimited number of visits and phone calls.

Does The Concierge Physician Make House Calls?

Yes, each one of our Exclusive Concierge Physicians is honored to offer our clients this elevated level of service within the physicians’ coverage area. Each physician’s coverage will vary, depending on their specific demographic coverage.

Additional charges may vary based on the exact location and the complexity of care, for active concierge clients.

Will My Private Insurance Or Medicare Cover My Lab Work?

Yes, the lab company will directly bill your insurance company or Medicare on your behalf.

If I Am Hospitalized, Will My Concierge Physician Provide My Care?

Our Exclusive Concierge Physicians maintain privileges at multiple hospitals. At your request, your physician will already be coordinating your visit and your care before you arrive to the hospital, and during your stay.

Once you are admitted by a hospitalist, Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Management and your Exclusive Concierge Physician will continue to manage your stay in the hospital. We will coordinate your care with the hospitalist and all sub-specialists to ensure you are being taking care of. Depending on location and only at our request, may your Exclusive Physician visit you in the hospital.

Which Hospitals Do Your Physicians Have Privileges?

Our Exclusive Concierge Physicians has privileges at major local hospitals. We will work alongside a selected hospitalist group to ensure you receive the best care possible.

What Happens If I Need Emergency Care Or If I Am Hospitalized?

If you have a Life-Threatening Emergency, EMERGENCY CARE - DIAL (911) IMMEDIATELY!

Once you have called (911), YOU or another INDIVIDUAL please contact Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Management. We will coordinate your Emergency Care Associated Concierge Physicians (only at your request). In the event you are hospitalized, Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Management will coordinate all necessary care during and after your stay.

Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Management and your Exclusive Concierge Physicians will ensure that your medical needs are met, and you will provide daily visits while you are admitted (per your request). We are with you every step of the way; you will not be alone.

What Happens If My Physician Is Out Of Town, And I Become Ill?

In the event that your Exclusive Concierge Physicians is unavailable and you require care, Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Management will work with the physician’s office to ensure you receive the care you need. Most physicians will be available for emergency cases, remotely while out of town. If our Exclusive Concierge Physicians has a partner, they will make arrangements to have care available.

If hospitalization is needed, Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Management most trusted staff will be there to assist you (per your request).

What If My Exclusive Concierge Physician Is Based In A Different State, Can Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Management Still Coordinate My Care?

Absolutely! Our Exclusive Concierge Physicians can easily coordinate care with physicians who are based in other states. Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Management frequently works with leading physicians across the United States to provide our clients with the best possible care.

Many of our clients live in a different state and utilize our Exclusive Concierge Physicians throughout the country. With today’s technology constantly growing, we are able to manage care, nearly anywhere in the World.

The care we offer to our clients does not change whether you live in the North for 6-months of the year, and the South for the remaining 6-months. Whether you are on vacation or business travel.

How Will Concierge Medicine Work With My Insurance?

This will vary from State to State, and from each individual Exclusive Concierge Physician's. If your Exclusive Concierge Physician's office does take Medicare or other insurance, Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Management will attempt to leverage existing coverage through your Network Insurance Provider.

Will Our Conversations Be Kept Confidential?

Yes. We are a HIPAA compliant company. Your personal health information will not be shared, without your consent. Any and all of your personal information, files and all activities with Exclusive (VIP/MD) Health Management is strictly confidential. Your files and health information are only shared with the appropriate physicians needed to manage your care.

A pre-existing condition today could be: Diabetes, High-Blood Pressure, Cancer, Multiple Sclerosis, etc. A change of treatment, which could require a new medicine. For an example a person who has cancer may need a different type of medicine, along with a new "Plan of Care". A recommendation may also be for a surgical procedure or therapy treatment.

Can I Get A Refund If I Am Not Satisfied?

A pro-rated reimbursement will be available, if you have not received your Annual-Wellness Examination. Once you have received your Wellness Examination, a refund is not available.
